 Disney's
newest attraction is this popular live stage show on Soundstages 2 and
3. The attraction seats 600 guests, all who have their own fastest-finger
buttons and a chance at the hot seat next to the show's celebrity Regis.∞ Contestants don't vie for $1 million, but they
do build points to get a shot at some parting prizes. Even kids can make
it to the hot seat in this clever replica of the popular TV game show.
Question categories range from Disney trivia (The animated TV series Disney's Aladdin features all but which one of the following characters: a. Aladdin,
b. Jasmine, c. Iago, or d. Tarzan) to geography (Havana is the capital
of what country?). Everyone in the audience gets to play along with the
contestant and accumulates pointes toward a potential shot at the hot
seat. Instead of phoning a friend, you can hone a complete stranger (a
theme-park of two phones in the park). Million-point winners (and there
have been several) get a trip to New York, cash to spend and a seat in
the audience of ABC's Who wants to be a Millionaire.
Disney pins, caps and other prizes are awarded at graduated pint levels.
